Hire Terms and Conditions - LCDC Transport Ltd

Please read these Hire Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any coach hire services with LCDC Transport Ltd. By making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1. All bookings are subject to availability, and we advise you to make your reservation well in advance to secure your preferred travel dates and times.
1.2. To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit is required. The deposit amount will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
1.3. Full payment for the hire service must be made before the scheduled travel date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Amendments and Cancellations

2.1. Amendments to your booking may be accommodated subject to availability and at the discretion of LCDC Transport Ltd.
2.2. Cancellation of your booking may result in a partial or full forfeiture of the deposit, depending on the notice period given. Details of the cancellation policy will be provided at the time of booking.
2.3. In the event that LCDC Transport Ltd needs to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund of any payment made.

3. Travel Itinerary

3.1. It is the responsibility of the hirer to provide a detailed travel itinerary, including pick-up and drop-off locations, travel dates, and times. Any changes to the itinerary must be communicated to LCDC Transport Ltd in writing and may be subject to additional charges.
3.2. The hirer is responsible for ensuring that all passengers are ready for departure at the specified time. Any delays caused by passengers may be subject to additional waiting time charges.

4. Vehicle Usage

4.1. The hired vehicle will be provided exclusively for the use of the hirer and their designated passengers as specified in the booking.
4.2. The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all passengers throughout the journey. Any damage caused to the vehicle or its amenities due to the negligence or misconduct of the passengers will be the hirer's liability.

5. Luggage and Belongings

5.1. Passengers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings throughout the journey. LCDC Transport Ltd shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property.

6. Safety and Security

6.1. All passengers must comply with safety regulations and instructions provided by the driver during the journey.
6.2. The consumption of alcohol, illegal substances, or smoking is strictly prohibited on board our vehicles.

7. Insurance

7.1. LCDC Transport Ltd maintains appropriate insurance coverage for its vehicles and passengers as required by law.

8. Force Majeure

8.1. LCDC Transport Ltd shall not be liable for any delay, failure to perform, or any loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, strikes, or other labor disturbances.

9. Complaints

9.1. In the event of any issues or complaints during the journey, please notify the driver or contact LCDC Transport Ltd as soon as possible. We will investigate and address any concerns promptly.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Hire Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uk.
